My AHS colleague Mrs. O'Leary shared a news story about an ice and snow festival that started today in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in China. The annual International Ice and Snow Festival is what the Ice City is proud of and attracts millions of visitors every year. The festival will last until February 25 (Feb. 19 is the Chinese new year).
